This website is owned by Cajees Time Zone. By using this website and completing the purchase cycle, you acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions govern the ordering, sale and delivery of goods, as well as the use of this website.

Cajees Time Zone reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions and/or other materials on this website from time to time without notice. Such changes will be binding on you.

Agreement of Sale, Availability of Stock & Incorrect Pricing
Notwithstanding any communication from Cajees Time Zone advising that your order or payment has been confirmed, acceptance of a sales order only takes place when Cajees Time Zone delivers the goods to you or allows you to collect them from a Cajees Time Zone store.
Cajees Time Zone may reject or cancel your order without recourse by notifying you prior to delivery and refunding any amount already paid.
Cajees Time Zone reserves the right, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, to cancel and refund any order where a material or obvious pricing or stock error has occurred.
Stock is limited. Cajees Time Zone will make reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and remove unavailable items from the website, but availability cannot be guaranteed. If goods are no longer available before conclusion of a sale, you will be notified and refunded.
Order Cancellation
Once you have completed the online order summary and payment or payment authorisation has been received by Cajees Time Zone, you may not cancel your order unless Cajees Time Zone accepts the cancellation at its sole discretion, on sufficient cause shown and on a case-by-case basis.
Fraud Prevention
Cajees Time Zone reserves the right, for the purposes of preventing suspected fraud, to refuse to accept or process payment on any order and/or cancel any sale concluded between you and Cajees Time Zone, in whole or in part, on notice to you.
Cajees Time Zone shall only be liable to refund monies already paid and accepts no other liability arising from such refusal to process any order or sale.
Promotions
Cajees Time Zone reserves the right to limit quantities of any item offered for sale. Certain models may be limited to one per customer and may not last for the full duration of a promotion.
Promotional prices are valid while promotional stocks last. Once promotional stock is depleted, the item may revert to its regular retail price.
Website Use
Cajees Time Zone grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, the goods and services offered on this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By shopping or browsing on this website, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms, conditions and policies displayed on this website.
Currency & Transaction Security
All transactions are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR).
By submitting a sales order through Cajees Time Zone website services, you warrant that you are acting within the bounds of the law, that you have the legal capacity or mandate to transact, and that the information you submit is authorised, accurate and lawful.
Customer Acknowledgements
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the National Credit Act, the Consumer Protection Act and any other relevant legislation.

Breach of ECT Act
Any user who commits offences detailed in sections 85 to 88 of the ECT Act 25 of 2002 shall, notwithstanding criminal prosecution, be liable for all resulting loss or damage suffered and/or incurred by Cajees Time Zone and its partners or affiliates.
Payment Caution
You acknowledge that cyber criminals may use fraudulent methods to doctor or amend websites, emails, letters or links that appear to be sent by Cajees Time Zone in order to convince customers to pay money into fraudulent bank accounts.
Cajees Time Zone will not advise of a change of banking details by way of an ad hoc email. If you receive such communication, you must verify it with the Cajees Time Zone e-commerce department.
Cajees Time Zone shall not be responsible for loss or damage suffered as a result of fraudulent banking cyber-crime or failure by the customer to take the necessary precautions.
